Hello, I am writing you this letter to let you know the performance of the washer we bought. I was very proud when we purchased it. I was happy that it would stack and it would give me more room. I beleive we paid 899.00 for it on sale. These are more expensive and suppose to save water. Out of all the product that I have from your company this by far was the worse purchase. Every since it was installed I had had trouble. It would give code”s about every other wash. The model #WF306LAW/axx . We started smelling mold in the laundry room and the family room. We had a heat and air company to come clean duck work. We thought it was coming from the unit or the duct work. Spending many hours trying to see where it was coming from we finallly figured it out IT WAS THE WASHER. My husband has Asthma and this is very dangerous to his health. I have read on several differant site of people complaining about the same issue. Has samsung trying to make this right with their customers or just ignore it? For some people with health issue this could cause a sevier asthma attack. I hope you take this serious and I look forward to hearing from you. Lynn Allen
