I had purchase one Samsung LCD from Thailand as i was considering Samsung as best Internationale brand.As it was cheaper there compare to India but after five months panel of the above product got malfunctioned and i ask Samsung people to replace the panel as i was ready to give them cost amount (Rs.13500, panel + labor ) .They had agree and pick LCD from my home and said that ordered for the new panel had been placed.But after two days they refuse to repair that by saying company stop production of above said model n their part.I was surprised and shocked company like Samsung discontinue production which had been launched an year before (series 5 full HD 32″).i feel cheated as my hard earned money went in wain n will not purchase Samsung product in future n make sure any body in my reference will also do the same.Waiting for any sort of resolution to the matter from your side n if not then will take a legal action.
