This is a very serious compalint in favor of Samsung Istanbul, Galleria branch:
Kindly let me interduce my self, my name is Wafaee Ayad,, as we are on the process of furnishing 3 apartments here in Istanbul, we bought Samsung appliences for 1 of them from Darty and Samsung shop in Marmara foroum with the amount equivelent to Tl. 9700,00 , as in our country Samsung is one of the best appliences company, we thought of doing the same in istanbul as we did before in Dubai.
UNFORTUNATELY, Dated Sept. 13th., 2012, I bought a Camera from Samsung Galleria branch, as I went home I discovered that I have same exact model before, went back to the sales person and showed him my Camera which was fm Dubai and asked him to exchange it and pay the difference for a washing machine, he said ,he have to send it first to be checked that it is not used than, he will message us to come and do the exchange, we tried explaining that we are leaving the next day and we would like to pay him for the diff., till he is sure, as he talks so very little english we tried stressing that we are leaving the next day( we have the ticket to prove this), and coming back after a month or so. As we returned we found out that he left a message on the turkish line, which we usually leave in Istanbul and said that the camera is o.k to exchange, but the message was left 2 days after we left.
WE went to him as soon as we are back to istanbul, he said a lot of time has gone and he cannot exchange, talked in a very ill mannered and high voice and throw the camera to us, bearing in mind that the camera was with him all the time at the shop. His act gave us the feeling that he is not confident of the product he is selling, and was glad he finished this sale and don’t even want to make a little effort and change it to a bigger sale.
I am extreemly upset with the service I recieved in Galleria branch, Kindly advise me A.S.A.P with the action to be taken towards my complaint, before I start taking any legal actions.
