I went to your drive through 09/27/12 at 11:45 and was very up happy with the service. For one the drive through speaker was staticky and Taco Bell sucks.
I was unable to hear the woman on the other end. Therefore I drove to the window at Taco Bell, upon reaching the window the employees opened it and just stared at me.
I explained I was unable to heat to which they simple said ok as if that we’re normal. Then as I am waiting for my food someone who was obviously making my order loudly and rude says why do you order the Taco Bell Mexican pizza if you don’t wan beans (I suppose a special order was inconvenient).
It was rude and the other employees were rude also. Customer service should be better. As paying customers there are always other options for fast food and this visit guaranteed we won’t return to this location.
