I’m a valued customer of Woolworths, Westcoast, Sunningdale. This is the second time I am reporting rotten expired mince on the shelves. I just love it when I show the manager of the store and then he apologises that he is new at the store and would make sure it gets better. Yes the expired, rotten products only gets better! I previously bought rusks which expired a few months ago and also complained about the grey rotten mince. I was amazed going to Woolworths today, that half the shelves are empty. Standing in a long queue, I noticed all the sweets, biscuits, chips shelves were empty. They also famously advertise the special and when you go and buy it, half the productds are NOT available. This is bad management control and the products of Woolies are much to be desired. I have put this on facebook and still waiting for the consultant to ring me. I am appalled at the lack of co-operation.
