Im complaining about one of your Manager ,who don want to help me out to return the merchandised i bought the day after.. One of your sales man who sold me did not give me any reciept the time i check out ..i asked him before and he said that he gave it to me but when i checked at home ,he gave me only the change that i put in my pocket ..The next morning i called and your manager told me that i cant returned it without the reciept..i explain to him everything but he insisted that i cant ..how can i have the receipt if the salesman did not give it to me …So i checked one of your branch located at sunset blvd LA CA and the manager thre told me that they can do if i remember the date and time i bought the merchandised without the receipt…i called back again to the store i bought it at 2nd street in vermont los angeles ca..i spoked again to the manager ..his name is REGGIE and still dont want to help me out and told me that bring it to other branch that told me that i can returned it ….I even asked him to the person that i bought it and talk but he dont want me to..
Please do something about it cause this kind of Manager will put your company in a really big trouble
