I orded a part from Morgan Depot. I called about estimated time of delivery or a tracking number if the item had shipped. I had e-mailed earlier but no one had gotten back so I called. I talked with a man on the phone and he told me about a wait time that I did not notice. I stated ok and then preceded to tell my boss. My boss asked me to try and cancel. I stated in the e-mail asking that I had made the mistake and was wondering if we could cancel. I got a nasty e-mail back from them stating “unbelievable – you lie about our stock and now you want to cancel because of a lead time”. All I had asked was if I could cancel which a simple yes or no would have sufficed not the very rude e-mail I received. Then someone e-mailed our President about it. So our president preceded to tell them to make the order and charge our credit card. I still have not received the material so I sent an e-mail asking when I would see. I get this in response:
“Hello:
- – not sure what you all are trying to pull here, but after your extraordianrily rude and obnoxious phone call from your company about this order – right after ordering it. Your order was terminated as high risk.
You were never charged.”
So I stated that I felt I had been treated VERY VERY rudely and wanted to talk to a manager. Someone from Morgan Depot calls me and states that they have a recorded phone call from someone at our plant “ripping them a new one” so I asked to be able to hear said phone recording. I was told no and if I ever call again… I have no idea what was said next because I was tired of arguing about it and being treated that way so I hung up.
I would highly recommend that if you use Morgan Depot that you made TRIPLE sure that you have everything correct before placing a purchase order or they will treat you very rudely.
