Went to burger in plymouth devon , in where in a mall in drake crucus, on the 15/ 10/ 12 at 12.30 to 1.30 pm , to setting area outside notice a wet patch on the floor after getting up with my little girl after we had somthing to eat . As i tried to aviod it there was another which i slipped & fell with my 20 month old daughter in my arms. In where she hit the floor with her face full force.. My sister tried to get help from memmber of staff & no one coud be bothered to check to see what was going on.. i was appaorched by a couple seen to me & little girls aid , to see how bad my daughter face in a bad way .. couple ran over to grab a memmber of staff again in where the manager came over & relised in the end what happened & knew me .. i was very supprised… she ask one of her memmbers of staff to clear it & didn’t just looked & left.. I was then checked over from high sercrucity sorry for my selling mistake.. he came over to my aid too wrote down as he had seen what happened & was supprised that none came over.. he seen how bad my little girl was & seeing me in shock too , as i was worried for my little girl & he called for an amberlance right away. The manager came over with an ice in a bag to put on the swelling on daughters face & got the acciendent book to write what had happen.. I was not impressed how no one came the first time & not one seem to do first aid & it was not cleared up either it was just left there.. My daughter did yes after taking her home to rush her to a & e in where she had blood coming out of her eye which scared me even more.. I am taking it futhure not for me , for my little girl.. injuries & i have witeness who gave there contact numbers too.. I think they need to learn to use first aid in buger king . I’m still in shock & very angry , i just hope this is a wake up call & hope it don’t happen to anyone else or child ..
