Planet Fitness Complaint: Tanning rules

I have been a black card member of planet fitness for over a year I pay the extra so I can bring a guest and use of the unlimited tanning now the other day over a year has passed they tell me there is a new rule 24 hrs between tanning sessions they say this is a New York State law I looked this up I could not find this I emailed them and I called all I asked was if this truly is a law and after over a year they are starting to follow it I would like something wrote up and put by the sign in sheet so I know it’s a true law or are they just trying to control us I pay for this privilege and should not be regulated I have two jobs my time is limited I can only go to the gym mon Thursday thurs as it is cuz of my hrs and now I have to wait longer I’m truly not happy as I’m sure are other customers who feel the same way
