Two words “totally disappointed”. I’m disappointed Walmart would actually take a mutilated box from the warehouse and have it shipped to a paying customer, not once, but twice. There should be a rule allowing a delivery driver the option to refuse to pick up, ship, and drop off a destroyed item on a customer’s doorstep. Is this the type of warehouse, shipping service I can expect from Walmart on-line shopping? Isn’t there a system in place to verify items being sold are not damaged prior to being shipped to paying customers? With this type of on-line service, Walmart shopping will no longer be an option for my purchases. One suggestion that I would like to make, take the Summit Mountain Media Center out of your in stock items for purchase since Walmart evidently does not have any that are undamaged in stock.
