To whom it may concern, Hopefully someone who will take care of the issues I am about to tell you. I have been a member with LA fitness off and on for about four years. I joined the first time in Lake Elsinore, Ca. I was very proud of the facility for the way it was kept clean. Always someone or a couple people wiping down and scrubing down the shower room, pool area, and cleaning windows. I stopped going for awhile and rejoined this year with four of my buddies. I rejoined and started to go to the new Mission Viejo LA fitness. Located at Alicia Parkway and the I-5. I told my Buddies how clean LA fitness kepts thier facilities. But that did not last long. They transfered a employee, George, to the Irvine gym. Mistake. George was very good about cleaning the gym. Especially the pool area, the shower stalls, and pool. Which I use every morning. Know this is changed since he left. The place is a pig pen. Gum in the stalls, bandaids on the floor, hair in the drains, sometimes for days. Pool area not being washed down, shower stalls not being scrubbed down, and pool cloudy every other week. Windows not cleaned, especially the door inbetween the shower room and sauna. I have complained to the staff and even to the manager. The answer I get is will check into it and I’m sorry. Nothing changes. I hope somebody makes these changes.
