When I called into the Montrose, Ohio Best Buy store, I requested to speak to a Manager. I was told buy an employee that I had to tell her what my problem was and she would decide as to weather or not I would speak to a manager!!! After telling her my problem, she immediately told me that the manager would not help me. I then politely asked her to let the manager tell me that he would not help me. She put me on hold for several minutes, no one picked up the phone, so I hung up and called back, she answered the phone and I got the correct spelling of her name and she past me on to the manager!
The manager told me that he would not help me and that I should contact the previous manager who had been transferred to another store if I wanted help!!! (Now, here’s the problem, A non-profit organization provided the community with some computer classes, upon completion, the individuals were to meet a representative of the non-profit organization at best buy with a voucher to purchase a note book or something directly dealing with the internet. My problem was, since we did not know how much the item would be exactly, could we bring the remainder in the next day, which incidentally was a Friday!
Of course the merchandise would remain in the store. I explained that I had spent several thousand dollars previously in that store (montrose, ohio) with the previous manager! His response was for me to contact THAT manager at best buy in canton, ohio!
