Problems with nokia # N500. Kindly note I had purchased Nokia -N-500 on 25-oct-2011 under invoice# ML/DWARKA/RI/4763/11-12 from nokia priority ( multiline-dwarka sec-12,delhi). Within 15 days of purchase there has been issues with screen display along with non clarity of sound on loudspeaker . In last week on Nov ,I had submitted my handset to Nokia care (S.S.Enterprises, F-4, 1st Floor, Plot# 16,Sec-5,Pankaj arcade,Dwarka,Delhi-75) for checking .
To solve the Display issue , screen gaurd was removed from my phone & inspite of this problem still existed . The money that i had spent to buy the screen gaurd was all wasted with no fruitfull result???? Later Nokia care people said that re-formatting of handset was required & which they did & handedover my hand set back to me.
Within 2 days the same problem on display & speaker sound re-occured & on 11-dec , I handed-over my handset to Nokia care (same address as stated above) under Job order# 936433527/111211/33 . On 13 dec I got call from Nokia care saying that they will have to repair the display of my handset. I had clearly said NO to them for repairement & had requested them to send the handset to NOKIA company for further checking . Inspite of this nokia care went ahead with repairement on their own & called me to collect the handset.
I even spoke to the nokia care senior person/owner Mr. Seghal# 9818888332 on phone & he agreed to take my case further with nokia company. On 18 dec when I reached Nokia care to collect my handset ,first their executive said that Mr. Sehgal was out of station , but after long conversation they called Mr. Sehgal & within 10 minutes he was out side the nokia care center. Instead of he meeting me inside the centre I was taken outside the centre where he was already standing with one police man.in civil cloths.
Mr. Seghal took the job sheet from me & kept it inside his pocket. He warned me that if I donot take my handset back , he will not give my phone / job sheet back to me . His attitude was very RUDE as this is quite clear when he said” DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO AS I AM NOKIA COMPANY ”
I waited for half an hour but then i was compelled to call delhi police on 100 no, they register my case against nokia care center dwarka on dt-18/12/11. Case was transfered to local police station sec-9 dwarka. After 3 hrs I finally recovered my handset along with zerox copy of job card from police station . to my surprise the problems with my handset still prevails……..
I have been using Nokia handsets for past 6 years & if you allow such arrogant people / owner of nokia care to sit on senior positions at nokia care ,i fear people would ever go to buy nokia handsets fearing that they will have to spend a day at police station to get back their handsets.
I would request you to take appropiate action against Mr. Sehgal & also pls help me to have a better / compactable handset which i can use with no complaints .
