T Mobile’s web site just doesn’t work. I found it impossible to buy extra “boosters”. They apparently worked but never credited to your account. So you think you have paid £4 for total internet access only to be landed with a large bill the following month. I’ve also tried to top up a broadband dangle on line. They take your money butter then don’t lot you activate it on your account.
This must be one of the poorest customer web sites going. I’ve tried complaining to OFCOM but they sent interested and you can’t even complain on the T mobile website, or speak to anyone pneumonia their phone. Its just recorded rubbish on hoe good they strong. And don’t ever expect anyone in their shops tp do anything except to sell you a phone, they cent even advise you on bedtime plans etc.
What a useless customer service company.
