I ordered a few things on the Woolworths online store for delivery today between 10am and 1pm. I even phoned the online contact center this morning to confirm that it will be delivered between 10 and 1! The help desk agent assured me that it will definetly be there before one, because I am leaving from work just after that time. She also said that the driver doing the delivery will phone if he will be late. I AM STILL WAITING!!! This is poor service and to be lied to is not something I particularly like very much! why should you choose between witch times and date you want your goods delivered if the do not keep to it anyway!
I am totally disgusted that woolworths have placed ,me on credit bureau as a slow payer, and they say that it stay on the bureau for 24 months. I normally pay my account electronically and have to admit that I utilized my account a bit more in November and December and due to an oversight on my part paid in only R500 electronically forgetting that I spent a lot more and did not receive my statement. Furthermore I had a credit card which had a credit balance .Being the festive season and begin away on holidays have also had a part in not receiving statements timeously. I would like to close all my accounts .
Received an SMS for late payment today and paid in R1000 each into my store account and my credit card account ,and toned to inform that payment made only to be told that I have been placed on credit bureau. I am totally disappointed with the outcome .
