YOu know several months ago I ordered on line for a lunch order. When I arrived the order hadn’t even been started. So my co workers and I have just been going to pizza hut. Well today because I like your sandwiches we deceided to try you again. I sent the order on line store # 6322 ticket #66094. And again when I arrived I was told yes we have your order. I waited about 10 minutes and then another worked came in and ask about my order and started making it. Again my order not even started when I arrived. So when I got the order and got back to work I had to eat fast and ended up ill. My co workers sandwich wasn’t even what she ordered.
So I guess we’re heading back to Pizza Hut, which is a shame because I would really like to try some of your new pizza’s. I am writing to complain about the Horrible service my family received on Fri Dec 9th at the Pizza Hut. This is the deck.d time we have had terrible service at this location. The first time we were told they were out of half of everything on their menu. Our server put in the wrong order. Then on her way out she dropped our pizza on the floor! To top it off the manager wanted to just discount our meal by %10. Are you kidding me! This most recent visit and our last.
We got our drinks and didn’t see our server again for 45 minutes. It wasn’t until all the tables around us, who came in after us, started receiving food. We were still waiting on breadsticks. I flagged down another server and she brought over our server who proceeded to tell us how she had forgotten to put our order in. We informed her we would like to speak with a manager. She left ( leaving our drinks still empty) we sat there for another 10 minutes. Outrageous! We had told her we didn’t have time to wait for our pizza. We finally got up tracked down the manager.
I have worked in the food service business for 15 years, and I have Never witnesses such Horrible, Uncaring, Untrained employees and management in my life. Needless to say we will Not be eating at Pizza Hut ever again! I will also be warning all my friends and family to avoid this establishment.
