Pizza Hut Complaint: Bad Reviews in N.M.

I would just like to say that your Rgm Jose @ Artesia N.M Pizza hut is very unprofessional. My girlfriend and son work for him. Recently Jose told my girlfriend to clock out and go home, that was fine, but he didn’t have to yell at her or push her. That alone made me want to go get physical with him. On another occasion, she had to close on a sunday night, I have no problem with that. However, he had her clock out at 10 and work until after 2am. Now if she were salary paid that would be fine.But as far as I know, It is illegal to make someone work for free.You should look into this before you find yourself in the middle of a class action lawsuit. I understand that Jose is a RGM, BUT THAT DOES NOT MAKE HIM GOD.
