I will not do business with the Baker City, Oregon, Pizza Hut ever. We decided to go to Pizza Hut on a Friday at six pm to have pizza for dinner and they were completely empty with no customers inside, which I thought was kinda weird but I know why now. When we went up to the counter the girl who was there was rude and was trying her best to get us out of the resturant by telling us that only carry out was $10.00 a pizza but if you eat here it’s gonna cost you more, it wasn’t because of the way we look or dress which is nice and clean so what was her problem? We hadn’t even said anything yet and she was very rude about it and repeated it louder the second time so I decided that we were going to eat there anyways and she acted pist off that we were eating there so she didn’t even come out to check if we needed anything instead the cook came out and checked on us. Now mind you there was only one table with three people at it and that was our table no other customers were there. I noticed that there were four dirty tables that were not cleaned and that the rude girl and a couple of other employees were just standing around gossiping and laughing back behind the pop counter then a customer came in and they seen him but totally ignored that he was there, the man left after standing there for fifteen minutes and not getting helped. The employees stood around doing no work and just talking with each other the whole time we were there which was forty five minutes when they could have cleaned the dirty tables and helped the customer that left. Is this how Pizza Hut values its paying customers? If it wasn’t for all of us paying customers there would be no Pizza Hut business so why are they giving BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE to the customers that make it possible for them to take home a paycheck ??? This matter really needs to be dealt because I’m sure that Pizza Hut can’t afford to keep their doors open if their customers are being run off by RUDE EMPLOYEES !!!!!!
