I bought a Tosiba cocmputer and Microsoft 2010 software and loaded the microsoft 2010 on tosiba next day i returned the Tosiba lap top since the unit had some problems and my soft ware was already loaded on it it was given back to best buy along with the lap top now i have a software card with keys numbers on it but my soft ware got returned back to best buy wehn i returned back the computer / since its microsoft 2010 is good for one time and on can be loaded on one computer only I have lost my $99- software for nothing I dont have the lap top since its returned and i dont have the soft ware since it got returned back to best buy witht he lap top computer after lots of arguments and debate best buy gave me a new Microsoft ware 2010
but when I try to load it in my older lap top which already has microsoft word 2007 its not loading it correctly or completly and now i dont know if i have the Microsoft 2010 loaded properly on my lapo top cause it still give me prompt Thats i need to put my microsoft 2010 keys in the appropiate loction to get the new software activated !!! I have tried doing it several times and i cant seem to do it right or ever complete the whole software 2010 instalation can you please help me Thank you Tan khan

Office 2010 Can’t Get it Working. The problem may well be in Microsoft’s infinite wisdom in making a piece of software which cannot be uninstalled, the more you try – and I have – the worse it gets. To prove this look in you control panel and uninstall programs to see if there is a program called “Click to run.” If this is the case this is what is stopping you install Office 2010 especially if it is the 64bit on a 64bit PC. may well be the same if it is a 32bit on a 32bit PC. Only way is to format back to purchase condition and start again.
