Offensive Google Showing Cesar Chavez on Easter

Google Logo Complaints

Today, I opened the google search engine in hopes of seeing something about Jesus Christ and the holiday we as Christians celebrate…but what did I see? A Google tribute to Cesar Chavez…really, are you serious google? Have you along with so many in this country turned socialist?

To be honest it wouldn’t surprise me at all if you have…I am not offended that you didn’t make today’s Holiday Easter, because Jesus said, ” all who live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.”

Rather, I am deeply troubled as an American, that of all people to recognize today, you recognize a bully, drug addict, and a man who falls right in line with socialistic principles, who believed that illegal aliens should be given the same rights as legal citizens of this country.

Easter is the Holiest weekend for Christians. We celebrate the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ our Savior. There are about 250 million Christians in the United States. 2.8 billion worldwide. This is a very special day for us.

Of course you Google have the monopoly on the web, so I guess you feel you can put your personal beliefs on society and your leaderships intent is clear that you back and support the liberal and anti-god views. Oh, we’ll it is still my right as an American to express my views and here they are.

  1. Eduardo says:

I think your more upset about having a Mexican/American taking you beloved spot light. Either way if Google would’ve put some other American(white), I’m sure you would’ve been just fine with it.

    • Chrissy Jamie says:

You (Google) of all people in this great country have stooped to the lowest level. Have you not got the guts for once to stand up for what’s right and Holy? We don’t celebrate Cesar Chavez on Easter, we celebrate him on a different day.

I don’t suppose you would put a picture of Jesus up, would you? You won’t, because you’re afraid of all the Social backlash you would get. I’m disgusted at and ashamed at you. I’m going to talk to Bill O’Riley over at Fox about this!

  2. mtired says:

Google honors Cesar Chavez on Easter. Just changed my search from google to bing. 3 browsers and 4 computers. Took a while but it is done and it is permanent.

  3. LaSombraChica says:

I want to complain about everyone else’s complaints. That’s all.

  4. Cathy says:

Well, it IS Cesar Chavez Day. Cesar Chavez day is always March 31. Easter is the first Sunday after the first full moon occurring on or after the vernal equinox. This year the two just happened to fall on the same day as they will once every 50 years or so.

  5. socks says:

Maybe you should complain to the Vatican about scheduling Easter on Ceaser Chavez’s birthday.

  6. Spirit says:

You and every other Christian are free to believe in whatever nonsense you want to believe, and of course you are free to be offended by Google, though I’d suggest first using it to look up the definition of socialism before lodging another complaint.

In the meantime, the rest of us are under no obligation to respect or recognise incoherent religious mysticism.

    • Chrissy Jamie says:

Are you serious? Cesar Chavec’s 86th BD posted on GOOGLE..on EASTER? This is an INSULT. On EASTER?! You Anti American Liberals have gone too far. Apparently GOOGLE has lost the CL in CLASS. Whoever is behind this, is a MORON.

  7. Jim says:

I had NO IDEA how persecuted american christians are until I read this complaint. Dear god, how have you people put up for so long with major websites failing to commemorate each of your dozens of appropriated pagan holidays? WHEN WILL GOOGLE LEARN THAT IT’S NOT OKAY TO NEVER HAVE PINK CHRIST EGGS ALL OVER ITS HOMEPAGE ON EASTER? I bet this makes Jesus so mad. That’s probably why he convinces all those African gentlemen that the way to get rid of their AIDS is to rape infants. A sly dig from jolly ole Christ, redeemer of sins.

    • Chrissy Jamie says:

Google, seriously? Your Google Doodle’s are so entertaining, but, today? Easter, the day of resurrection for Christians? I’m tolerant and loving of others, but please give us a nod of recognition or something.

  8. Corwin says:

“who believed that illegal aliens should be given the same rights as legal citizens of this country”

It’s really disgusting that in the same little post in which you tout your own Christianity, you imply not only that some human beings are more important than others- but that to believe otherwise is somehow wicked. Extremely unchristian of you.

  9. Chrissy Jamie says:

Well Google, you just lost me ………I am switching to BING……..if you are not a Christian organization, you could have at least had Easter Eggs……after all YESTERDAY was Easter. So, tell me, did you or your families have Easter Dinner or enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt, or attend church??? How rude! My entire family has switched to BING!!!!
