My self Pawan Malik .I have purchased your nokia C6-01 mobile set with one year guaranty to warranty on date 18/08/2011 from your dealer Ludhiana AHUJA ELECTRONICS shop no.0161-4614111 mob-98144-55111. on 25/10/2011 due to memory card installation some problem had done to this set .It started hang. On 28/10/2011 .I went to your nokia care center khanna Ms enterprise Samadhi road khanna ph no-01628500706 .They told me that they give me my mobile o.k. condition after 8 & 9 days .After 8or 9 days I went to your nokia care center for my mobile .
They said now its is o.k. you can take back .When I reached home with mobile set I found that my I.M.E. I. no. of mobile has been changed. Next day as 10/11/11. I went to nokia care center khanna again they said that they also wanted to call me because my set has many problems so give it back and you can take new set on 18/11/11. I went to MS Enterprise on 18.11.11 again they said to me come on 21/11/11. I went to MS enterprise on 22.11.11 besides 21.11.11 to collect my new nokia C601. But on that they told me that there were many problems so that it could not be repaired.
After so long time they said there are some formalities are koueling is our head office when they will completed afterwards you will get new nokia c601 set.After that I talked on your customer care no. is 1-11984687585 on 22/11/11. After that I again call on customer care no. and they are also not giving any solution. Till yet I get no response by the customer care no. I trusted your product and that is why I purchase it. But I get very disappointed from your service.
Please send my new NOKIA C601 handset.
