Samsung refrigerator RFG298 in stainless steel 2 years since purchased. And one morning the display says off and from that day foward it has been a nightmare, first it was the low production of ice and as time went on we had several repair men take a look at it and both had a different problem the last guy from S.P Appliance took the cake this kid while I am at work is calling me and connection is not clear at I guess he is letting me know it will be a 40. charge for what I believed was he doing is testing to find out the problem.
Come to find out he was actually charging me $40. for the valve to fill fridge with freon. Item sells for $3.00 I asked him to leave. Anyhow this fridge is not worth the $ 2500.00 Biggest Mistake buying from Samsung..Never Again will I buy Samsung..

Don’t be mean Justin, as someone who just had their fridge go bad, it’s a frustrating experience to say the least.
Samsung does not stand behind their products. My Samsung fridge also quit shortly after 1 yr warranty. I must have talked to this Justin guy at customer service because that is about all they can say besides they are sorry.They must have children answering their phones. I would not have been surprised to also hear “whatever”. Which their products really are sorry. I’m REALLY SORRY I SPENT $2700 ON CRAP.
I have used Galaxy Note 1 since one year and I regretted for the mistake committed after paying Rs. 34000/-. It gives you sleepless nights. Battery life is poor. Get heated up during use. Although they claim Gorilla glass but breaks in pocket itself. Cheap quality plastic is use on back which get scratch easily in normal use and no camera outer support ring to protect lens and flash glass get rubbed easily and becomes useless. One cannot replace glass since it’s pasted on LCD. So the replacement will cost you Rs.9000/-. Poor Customer Support. Never answer. Even they don’t listen to Consumer Complaint Authorities. Terrible Designed Product. Keep away from it.
