Sub: Urgent need to replace my refrigerators bulb holder (socket); Recently I encountered some really poor customer service. For the past one year, I have been experiencing a problem with the light inside the refrigerator. Your repair person checked the problem and informed that the problem lies in the bulb holder (socket). As the part was not available immediately he assured me that he will forward the request and that the company will arrange for it shortly. That was the last time I saw him or heard from him. Recently, I contacted the LG service center where the representative told me that the part was still unavailable and will take some more time.
I had received great service earlier, but this incident has really left a bad impression on me. I hope that you look into the matter immediately and send me the bulb holder (socket) at the earliest. We are ready to pay for it. I hope you will not compel us to take this matter to the consumer court because providing spare parts for your company products is your responsibility as per your service clause.
