I am going to permanently delete my facebook account because you are UNFAIR in your treatment to me and I cant request to add a new friends on my timeline. My Facebook account and timeline was hacked by someone having an e-mail address the last day. Thanks to Mobile Facebook, I could recover it successfully. But please suggest me how can i prevent it in future. I would like to mention previously my two accounts were compromised and i could not recover it. These two accounts still exists.

I have reported many a times but no actions were taken by the authority. I would request the authority to kindly look in to my problems. I am a big fan of Facebook and would like to stay with it forever. The hacker accesses Facebook through all these names. She has even accessed my messages and wrote messages to myself, my sister and my daughter on my account. She has blocked us and made it impossible to report her through normal means, however, she will unblock us to send nasty messages and follow what we say and do.

The stress this has caused is unexplained and we would like this resolved immediately. She has read our messages (private messages) by getting into my account and viewing my new Facebook timeline. I don’t understand the new privacy settings and frankly it makes me want to quit Facebook altogether!

At this point, don’t post anything here, don’t go to FB, don’t even bother anymore, you’re obviously running into the same frustrating walls a lot of us have – instead, print out hardcopies on paper of the threats/nasty things said, then take that to the local police dept. and get THEM to start an investigation as well as filing charges against the person who has hacked your account and is using it to commit crimes. (Cyberbullying has been ruled criminal) Facebook (as with most other companies) will likely prioritize your case really fast when they see it as serious, and bringing in law enforcement definitely makes it serious.
