I want report the bad bad service of the manager her is lorian of MTN store in pavallion Mall in westville I sent my fone for repair more them five time for the same problem but they cold not fix it till I wrote I letter accompanying my last booking in for repair again, then sony erecsson called me tellimg they will give me another phone then I agreed on the following day for sony ericsson arc then.
They sent an email to the MTN store in pavallion informing then that they will swarp my fone, and the lady that called telling about email she told me that she’s going on leave and she don’t know who is going to handle my situation, I went to the store and Lorian was present and they I asked about the story of my phone as a manager who is handling my copmlain she didn’t have any idea about my phone and was not helping me with anything.
At that time until my wife got upset and shouted to the she started calling the lady who said she going on leave and she count not get hold of her, then she told me that she will email repair center and get the full story about my fone it been three weeks now she hasn’t got bad to me and that what she does all the time and it a contract phone I’m paying every month for something that is always at MTN repair center.
So plz I think something has to be done about LORIAN she has a bad management skills she do any follow up for the customer I don’t know whether she’s doing this because I’m black.
