MTN service provider “Poor Customer Service”

For three days now my BIS and internet does not work, on the top right hand side on the blackberry the word edge is in lower case but it should be in upper case or even 3G. My BIS is activated and only expires on 21/11/2012. I have visited the MTN cellphone shop twice and a very nice lady Kerry has called both times and explained to the MTN call centre what the problem was, we did a simcard swop and still this problem persists 3 days down the line i still have had no joy. I have just called the “HELP CENTRE” and been told by a call centre operator that they are not sure when this problem will be sorted out so what is the point in paying for BIS if i cannot use it MAYBE its time to port to Cell C or Vodacom as i am not getting any joy from the “HELP CENTRES”.
