I purchased a groupon for Mixbook about a year ago. i forgot all about it and never used it. the offer was $15.00 for $50.00 worth of product. I finally remembered to use it. I went on there website which is a total nightmare to use, completly the worst photo book website ever. When I went to redeem my coupon I found out it expired.
So now all I got was a $15.00 “credit” off my order. So I basically paid $15.00 over a year ago to get to use my own money… How is this a “coupon”??? I would never have used this website for this project to pay full price for an item that is not to my liking. I would have gone one of the MANY other options out there and paid their price. I purchased something that was $30.50 plus $9.00 in shipping=$39.50. I should have had $50.00 worth of product for $15.00… Hmmmmmm. I got RIPPED OFF!
I would like a refund of my cost to mixbook!

I still think that the mixbook Groupon is a good deal, used it many times and haven’t had any problems. Perhaps instead of a rant online you should do your research about mixbook first!
