I downloaded the trial version of Home & Office 2010 and discovered that Outlook 2010 did not install correctly…when I called in for assistance, I was promptly told “we cannot help you”. Let alone that I already own Office 2007 and have never needed MS support. Then I was navigated through 3 different customer support specialists who were all more interested in me repeating the trial key number than actually solving the problem. When on hold with the service desk in the Phillipines, I asked to speak to the manager and was disconnected.
Here I am trying to make a desicion whether to purchase 2010 and this is the kind of cusomter suppport that exists…shame, shame.
