Dear Sir : I have been a life long customer to your food chain. The service in most of your stores are slow and filled with incompetance. It’s a shame because you could fix this problem. (my example)We were in Your store #3669 at Patric Street ,Charleston WV. The value menu indicated (1) sausage burrito to sell for .99 cents. The cashier charged 1.19 for the Item. When we complained she called the manager and she reiterated the same as the cashier. This is plane thieft at the cash register. There was no qualifications to be met to get the value buy of one sausage burrito. As a life long customer I need to know your policy and what you all are going to do to rectify the situation. We still like to dine at your stores , but your quality of employees , efficientcy in getting orders correct, and the charge be correct to the customer will have to be elevated greatly to keep this customer.
