I was very disappointed doing my shopping day at macys
When I went to pay for my item and wanting to use my
20% coupon that was on my I phone I showed the cashier to scan it she said she
Was usable too do that,because wont scan so can’t do it something wrong that they vs t scan
I understand things have flaws in them time to time
But should have been other way to honer the coupon a company your size should have ideal to do that then a simple no
I think in hard times people rely. On there coupons I
Will not be shopping at Macy’s again
