I work at a new car dealer for over 40 years, have called at many different times to add customers new cars to their present policies with no problems, I just waited 25 minutes to be told were too busy right now we have 200 customers on hold try again tomorrow and then i was hung up on, not disconnected, hung up on, I personally have been a loyal allstate customer with both home and auto policys for over 45 years and I have noticed a major change in the attitude and speed of allstate service.
I deal every day with all major ins. companies on behalf of my customers and have found gieco to be far superior to all and even more compared to allstate, someone should look into this as I am now considering change myself to another company who can be what allstate used to be. Feel free to call, all business is based on customer satisfaction today more so then ever, allstate is doing a very poor job. The long hold and wait times for their customer service is too much honestly, they can do this a better way that helps us out faster. I’m tired of getting disconnected it’s disrespectful of my time as a customer.
