I bought a LG Refrigerator in November 2008. Now the compressor keeps trying to start and than click offs. The freezer no longer freeze and the refrigerator is warm inside. I have called LG many times and was given names of companies authorized to do the warranty service. I have called about 8 places and no one comes to my area. I called LG back and was told by a person that it was my problem since no one they recommended would come out. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold and than hung up on. I called back and spoke to another person who said they would try to find someone.
I am very dissatified with LG and the service. This refrigerator cost me over $1500.00. Now I am suppose to just throw it away?
