I purchased a computer on 6/25/11, spending almost 600.00. After several attempts to use this computer, it has been discovered that it does not contain an internal modem which will allow me to use my dial-up internet. I now have to spend an additional 50.00 minimum to get an external modem or bring back the computer and get another model which has an internal modem. All of this could have been avoided if the salesperson at your Long Island City store (Julian) had paid attention when he was told I use dial-up for my internet access. In addition, I had all my info from my old computer transferred to the new computer, which would have to be done again. Under the circumstances, the least your company could do is supply me with the external modem free of charge, but I doubt that will happen. I will no longer shop at Best Buy and will be sure to inform all friends and family to do the same.
