I’m not one to normally complain, but this experience was so bad that i felt I had to take the time to inform Kohls. Claire should not be in customer service. She should not be behind the counter helping customers. She should be stocking shelves instead. She accused me of lying and was unprofessionally rude to me as well as the kohls gentleman that was assisting me with the kiosk as I was having trouble. Every other kohls employee was helpful and professional except for Claire. She was sarcastic and even threw my kohls cash coupon at me. I was so highly disappointed with this visit that I didn’t even get to use the kiosk to finish my purchase to use my kohls cash and coupon discounts. Claire was unwilling to help me with my dilemma. I left feeling very disappointed.
