I have been a Kohl’s customer for years, and I can truly say they have lost me forever. While paying my Kohl’s C.C. monthly, never being able to reach someone because there is always a (High call volume) recording. Then getting charged late fees because I have attempted to make payments daily. On August 18th I spoke with a representative and explained my concerns. She then TOLD me she will wave the late fees’, and then I paid the remaining balance of $50.61 to (0) out my account so I then don’t owe anything to Kohl’s and my acct. is clear. I made sure to ask her over 3 times that I currently owe Kohl’s nothing after this payment. She confirmed. A few weeks later a man called from Kohls with a past due balance saying I still owe them. I discussed my previous conversation with him. Then he tried to tell me I owe over $400 (which is my available line of credit). He was absolutely wrong!!! After the rest of our conversation we figured out I don’t owe Kohl’s AGAIN!!!! I made sure and asked again 3 more times that I no longer owe a dime to Kohl’s…He confirmed….He had no confirmation number for me. 10/4/12- I spoke to another woman who called, explained the situation. She said she would have the phone calls pulled so they can see whats going on. Then a manager was supposed to call me back. Today 10/9/12- Another rep. called she then did what both other reps tried to do and go back to May where some late fees had been applied. She then told me that 8/16 when I spoke to the lady she did not remove any late fees and after my payment of ($50.61) I still owed $15……So why in the hell would I not have paid that extra $15 at that time???? This woman told me that all I had was $50.61 left after the charges cleared and so then my acct would be at a zero balance. So it is now Oct. I was charged a late fee for Sept. on that $15, and then again for October. When I spoke to someone in August (zero balance), spoke to someone in Sept (zero balance), and so I was charged today $84…She said she didn’t know if they were going to pull the phone calls or even what was really going on….All SHE KNEW IS THAT I OWED $. As you can see, as anyone would be So Frustrated. Where were the notes about any of these conversations I had with these 4 people? Was anything changed?? Why the heck am I paying late fees now for a problem you all created???? I need someone high up to clear us this mess. I went on a head and paid those incompetent late fee’s today b/c if I had to talk to one more person and tell this story one more time I was going to scream. 4 PHONE CALLS 2 CONFIRMATIONS, 4 GOOF UPS..Come on!
