We were offended, belittled, discriminated, by the restaurant manager. I had decided to go there to enjoy a meal with my mother and 2yr old son to play in the Play area as well. I did take a 6″ sub with me (because Im pregnant and had to eat a healthy sandwich), but I also bought McDonald products as well. After about 5 minutes an employee walked by my table, then Jenni came by fidgeting and rolling her eyes and already with an ugly attitude telling me that I needed to get the food out of the building. I told her I was willing to compromise and I would just put everything away in my purse so my son finish playing and my drink was still full from when I purchased it and so was my mothers coffee.
She replied in a very rude and agitated voice saying that was not acceptable and the items on my table needed to actually be put out of the entire building and nowhere near the McDonald premises and she was not going to move from the table until they were out. I was in shock since I was a paying customer, and my son was just starting to play. She was so condescending all in front of other customers. I told her so you are telling me to leave, you are kicking me out??? And she said that is not what she said but all my items need to get out of the building. Not only was she disrespectful and she also had no regard that I was a paying customer, she was making sure to denigrate us in front of other customers.
My mother asked her why was she so upset with us and annoyed and she replied because she was already frustrated with us. My mother told her she was not representing McDonalds in a positive way. She just rolled her eyes and said something about Mexicans. My time there was horrible, unforgettable and still I am emotionally bothered by the whole ordeal.
