I bought a Kia Forte 1.6 SE model < 3 months ago, I really do not know what to say about the whole drama ! I received the car at about 9.30 P.M, drove out of the centre < 1 KM away, the car engine stopped, ran out of fuel ! So I got hold of the sales who went down the road and pour some fuel, after pouring in the fuel, the car ignition failed to start ! Battery problem next….!! We need to wait for an hour again for the sales to get a ‘jump-start’ wire to get the NEW car jump start !
How do you feel if you are in this situation ???? Completely stressed and upset !
I just cannot imagine KIA Motors does not implement strict procedures of pre-delivery inspections, whether the car is in good order to be handed over to the buyer. It’s so so ‘cheykai’ lah….. Further more….. before you bought the car, you tend to ask what’s the consumption like for this car ?
All KIA’s sales will tell you —– around 14.5 – 15 cents/KM ! How nice IF this is true !!! I would sincerely caution you, if you intend to buy this car, pls check it up wisely ! In KIA Motor, there’s no customer service, you never expect a customer orientated kind of service. I would be happy if they can achieve 50 % of TYT’s 5S service ! Really disappointed.
