I purchased a mattress, headboard boxspring and bed rails for my 82 year old father to be delivered and set up as I am in California and my dad lives in Illinois. The delivery service dropped off the bed July 6, 2013 and did not put it up. My 82 y/o father cannot assemble the bed. It is now 8/29/13 and the bed is still in boxes. I ordered a bed about 3 years ago for myself and the delivery guys were so nice and set up the bed for me, a 54 year old female. That is why I purchased one with your company for my dad. I don’t know what to do because I cannot get on a plane so that I can set up the bed for him.
