Regional 2 District Leader (Prince Mims) needs to change his way of treating leaders…enough allowing his way of being.
always yells, humiliates his team does mourn, loses control every time he visits the store.
makes the team lose leaders committed to work well, by his nature.
likes to threaten the leaders and make a lot of fear when viewing directions.
we believe in all these new changes but we do not think JC Penney promote this kind of deal and took many years to accept that we are mistreated.
we want jc penney become America’s favorite store but not under these conditions.is a big change going around but we cant loose control.
I love my company and I believe in change, but I can not submit to continue working under these conditions.
