Ipurchased a pair of lee blue jeans on 9-11-2012. The zipper and/or button closure was put in incorrectly – the zipper area bulges when closed. If these had been purchased as seconds, then maybe OK – BUT I paid $33.00 for these. My store is 2 1/2 hour drive. Can’t seem to find how to talk to a “real” customer service rep…the only phone # on my card is the CREDIT deptarment and they just told me to contact customer service -HA! I really want someone to make this right!
