Jcpenney Complaint: careers and email

For several months I have been unemployed and have tried several times to apply for open JCPenny jobs. I always get a message that says my email account is not valid. I do not know if it is valit or not but people send me email using the address.
It makes me very angry and frustarated to try to apply for a job and be unable to do so because of machine error. If you do not want people to apply for open jobs please take them off your web site. The job market is very now and when you apply for a job you do not need this extra trouble. HELP!

    I recently applied for a support specialist position. I have 15 years experience that corresponds with this job description. But when I failed to pass this stupid test. I was not considered. This test seemed childish an unprofessional Does my answer to how many I speak to at a party have anything to do with unloading trucks and putting out frieght.? I don’t drink and rarely go to parties
