I have an iPhone 4. I regularly buy and update Apps. I get 4gb data a month on my plan for free, but I have to pay for home Internet, and don’t have access to wifi. I find it ridiculous that I can’t get apps over 20MB direct on my phone! But out of my business Apple and let me run my own life. I think I know how to check data usage. It’s not rocket science!!! Why don’t you have it flash up the warning, then give us the option how we want to access tha data. Stop treating us like children. This has pissed me off from day one, and I may go back to Nokia phones if this isn’t sorted.

I spoke with many people about damaged iphone and at least ten people traded their phone in for a new one at lease one time. I went to the Apple Store at South Hills Village on February 2, 2012, and the manager stated that damaged iphones were never traded in and I would have to purchase a iphone for $149.00. My iphone screen is shattered and glasses is coming off on my skin. I am not happy about the service when I had called and was told that I could trade my iphone in for a new one. I hope that glass fragments do not hurt me in any way.

I haven’t had my iphone 4 a year yet and spent 199.00 dollars on the first one and now need to spend more money. I will lower my service/ I will also tell many people about the service and how I was treated.
