Well I got my iPhone 4 a few months ago I was told that if there’s a problem with your iPhone that got to do with manufactored item it will be fixed or replaced for free. I dropped my phone 3 times and I broke it 3 times . I went to the apple store the first time and they told me that the front can’t be replaced and if I wanted another phone i would have to pay £130 . After that I had a look at some phone shops and I got my front screen replaced for 40 . I think it’s stupid putting a glass screen to a phone and apple should take the responsibility for this.
I can only tell you I have four macbooks, 3 itoch, and multiple other mac products. God forbid you have a problem , don’t go to mac , they make you wait , wait, wait. Your whole day is waisted and then you get a smart — manager on a power trip. Please think again before buying mac. The customer service is horrible. I almost bought an i pad 2 for my daughter . thank God I thought again. Please think before you buy from mac.

I went apple store, they didn”t say if they would replace glass cover for free,I went because this iPhone4 was cooking I mean cooking,that the apple tell me cut it off???? As of now apple co, don”t care”””
I spilled water on my macbook husband paid 800 for the repair well now it shuts on and off on its own tomorrow it will be brought back in for another look. One more time after that and i get a new one. I will sell it and get windows.
