Incompetent Worker at California Burger King

I personally don’t eat fast food unless there’s nothing better to eat at home, but usually when money gets tight and the food in the fridge gets scarce I’ll go over to the Burger King on the corner and take advantage of one of their specials.
Occasionally a certain woman will be at the register, and whenever she is I always leave the restaurant either incredibly pissed and holding the wrong order, or empty handed.

First I’ll make the order, and I have to repeat myself several times before she punches it in; then when I get my order it’s not what I ordered. I’ll tell her this and she insists that it’s exactly what I ordered; I’ll even pull out the receipt and show her and she’ll deny it.

If the order is incorrect on the receipt I’ll request she change the order to what I ordered and she’ll refuse, and if there’s undeniable proof she didn’t give me the correct order she’ll refuse to fix it.

I’ve asked to talk to her manager, however she refuses to let me speak to them.
Today (Feb. 23rd, 2012) I went in with a coupon and gave it to her for my order. My card declined, and I simply asked for my coupon back and to order something from the dollar menu. She only tried to charge me for my same order 3 or 4 times over as I asked her to give me 2 spicy chicken sandwiches (priced at $2.67) instead of my original order (the family bundle priced at exactly $10.85 that I’d had a coupon for). She only continued to run my card through.

In the end she handed me back my battered debit card and I asked her for the coupon back. She refused to give me the coupon back and I walked out hungry and couponless.

This is a warning to all customers going to the Burger King on Canoga Ave. in Woodland Hills, CA – if you see a bored looking woman with a bun in her hair then I’d suggest you turn around and go somewhere else.

I ordered 3 coffees and two sausage biscuits on 4/25/2012 at 10 a.m. there were no other customers at the drive-thru and no other customers inside.I paid at the drive-thru and was told to pull over and wait.I was the only customer in sight.I waited 10 minutes and went inside and picked up my order.I can see why Burger King is #3 with their super service they will be #100 before long.
