I Hate the New JCPenney Stores Remodeling

Today Sept.26,2012, I entered your store in Huntsville Al. You have remodeled the store and removed many of the customer service desks.

When the Christmas shopping begins, these service areas (three down stairs and only one upstairs), I suppose are expected to take care of business.

Well, if you expect me to stand in line because of your business practices, I`ll go elsewhere. I have shopped Penney`s since I was old enough to shop on my own.

I hate to go elsewhere. But, if your corporate office and bungling CEO want to close your doors for good, they are going in the right direction.

If I have to go elsewhere, I won`t ever be back, neither will any of my family.
