this complaint is against dominoes pizza located at 1713 ft campbel blvd. phone number 9315523030
I received a pizza from this branch on Monday Oct 22, 2012 between 8:30 and 9:30 by delivery, my husband ate the pizza once it was delivered and he said it was not tasting like usual almost taste like cardboard but we were to tired to cook after a trip from alabama so he ate a few slices and began to rest. I ate my slice around 12:00 p/m. and it was HORRIBLE!!!!!! It tast like a pizza from the frozen section of walmart or somewhere not even as good as Digorno, so I called on Tuesday and spoke to a manager his name was Jerry Or Gerald and I told him the problem and he said I could receive another pizza for FREE and that if I had talked with him on Monday night I could have gotten another that night, so on today (Oct 27, 2012)I talked to a manager name George who I told Jerry told me I could pick up a meduim pizza for the horrible pizza I received on Monday night so he asked my name and number then came back to the phone and said he sees my order but Jerry said he doesnt recall talking with me so I became very angry and I asked to speak to Jerry he said hes not in but I called him so basically I was lied to and received bad business, but what i cant still figure out is if you have the details of my entire order why is there no recollection of my conversation with the manager, even if I cant get the pizza that was promised to me something needs to happen to management to make them aware of how to keep records or notes of customers that they have spoken with, to me I was basically called a liar and that makes me EXTREMELY!!!!!!!!!!!!angry if I was gonna lie I would have called in the entire order wings and all and received more than another $7.99 medium 2 topping pizza its the principle of the matter.
