I went to Buckland Hills Mall Manchester CT to have a sensor tag removed from my teenagers tshirt that was purchased as a Christmas gift in 2010. I came across it in his dresser while I was cleaning it out to put his new clothes in his drawer. The manager Denise and another off the clock employee Allison treated me with such rudeness and disrespect and were defensive right when I walked through the doors with the shirt. They were standing at the door as I walked in and buzzed. Under NO circumstances was she removing the sensor tag off my 2yr old tshirt without a receipt and that I needed to email Hollister about the sensor tag. She stated she would be fired if she removed the tag. Being treated as if I was a shoplifter with an agenda for this 2 yr old tshirt was far from a good shopping experience. I left the shirt there as I have no use for it and will not pry it off with pliers. I will never shop there again for my teenage sons and sincerely hope they go out of business for the way they treat their customers! I am spreading the word everywhere about how awful Hollister treats their customers.
