Unable to Redeem my Groupon Voucher

I bought a Groupon voucher for a NanoLite MP3 player. I was unable to redeem my voucher. When I contacted Groupon, they advised me I’d be able to redeem my voucher after 1st December – guess what? I still can’t redeem my voucher and I’m getting no response from Groupon now. Has anyone else had this problem?

This is my second complaint to Groupon and had no reply, I received my 3 Groupon vouchers 24/11/11 for an offer for swarovski studs from Vanamsteldiamond I have sent 4 emails and having no luck with help to order these as on line not excepting my voucher codes, not only my but 3 other people have tryed this, I have spend alot of money with Groupon and don’t think after this experience will order anything else, I would like a full refund, as having no help with this.

I have purchased house cleaning service on your web, from the company ‘Clean Co Homes ‘ on 08 September 2011. Voucer code 1/1023, secure code 3ae0186803. I was unsecsesfull to get my carpet cleaned, as the company never replies to my phone calls. Last week I submitted the claim against the company, the same day the cleaner have contacted me and arranged to clean the carpets today on 17 Ocotber 2011 at 11.00. I took a day off from work, but cleaner did not turn up, even did not contacted me and did not answer my phone calls.

I require refund in full, as I really disspaonted that groupon have such offers from dishones bisunesses. I lost one day pay, which cost me £70. Please issue me refund in full, as I am no longer interested in such ‘great’ saving! Many thanks in advance for your quick response.

    Van Amstel is crap…. I have ordered my vouchers and paid for them on 24/11/2011. On the order there was 30 day delivery terms so I was supposed to get them for Xmas. This didn’t happen. I have e-mailed them (Van Amstel) several times and I have received a reply, but with any excuse now. I have also e-mailed to Groupon twice and no response at all. As Van Amstels latest response told me in the beginning of Jan that the goods are with Groupon Dubai. The number on their website 04-4579494 is not answering. Does anyone have any other contact number as I am fed up and I want to get a full refund.

    First time I used Groupon and the last time ever! Can’t get a hold of them at all and here I am stuck with a purchase of these desert safari vouchers and that too of a company whose customer service is really pathetic! Groupon give me my refund!

    • Groupon is a fast growing company, but their customer service seems to be lackluster to say the least. Nobody seems to be able to get a refund when they aren’t happy with the purchase!

    I am completely disgusted by the treatment I have received from Van Amstel. I can honestly say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    I order some Earrings early Nov 2011 and was promised delivery before Christmas. Just after Christmas I received a generic non personalised email saying that all Earrings had been sent prior to Christmas and that they should be delivered shortly. This seamed very strange considering I hadn’t contacted them, I just assume they were held up in the Christmas post so was prepared to wait a few more days, so why had this generic email suddenly been sent for no reason?

    I waiting unit the first week of Jan and still no Earrings, so I tried to find contact details for them on their emails and none were present, so I resorted to googleing them and found a whole host of complaints. Most complaints seemed to be being posted on Facebook so I submitted my complaint there.

    After being asked for my receipt number (convenient as their email order confirmation does not have a receipt number on it!) I gave them the Groupon voucher code and was promised my earrings had been sent.

    I waited a further 2 weeks to be asked to wait a further week. Which I merrily did. In the mean time lots of people were now complaining on FB and had a response saying that the earrings were returned and would be resent shortly. After the week where they didn’t bother getting back to me I again chased. I was asked to wait a few days for them to check whether my earrings had also been returned. A week later again with no attempt at a response I chased and surprise surprise by the biggest conicence in the history of the world my earrings had only just arrived back 4+ weeks after they had been sent. What absolute utter rubbish, I work with mail providers all day every day so I know this would be 5 days max for a package of this size to be returned!!!

    Now 5- 6 weeks after they advise the earrings were being resent I still have not received the earrings. I’ve given up contacting Van Amstel as they are obviously just a bunch of money grabbing liars who had no intent of sending me the goods I paid for.

    The only good news from this whole waste of time is that Groupon have now agreed to return my money. I can forget I ever set sight on these jokers.

    I need all of msecy groupons I have perchased given back to me as I haveboiler serviss notbeen able to use them they have know run out could not get any replay from all the companys Iperchesed from it exetes to £50 plus a £39 voucher for a boiler servi ce please…
