Groupon Losing Customers to Bad Daily Deals

Four of us booked a spa day via Groupon…£99.00 for two at the WELLNESS OASIS. The Spa day offer was for a full body massage, (that was fine), full use of the leisure facilities (again, no problems) and lunch or dinner with wine. Well, the dinner turned out to be a choice of sandwiches up to the value of £10.00!! A salad alone was priced at £10:50!! When we complained that the offer was for dinner not a sandwich we were told to speak to the Owners of the spa who put out the deal.

On doing so, we were shocked to be rudely told to “leave their premises if we did not like the sandwich offer” I cannot believe this arrogant “couple” can be allowed to continue trading and speak to customers who have take up their offer in this way?! They should be banned from advertising through Groupon, as definitely Groupon will lose customers to this site.

Guilty by association! It must stop!! Groupon, you need to hold those who advertise on your site accountable as it’s to your detriment if you don’t. As for the WELLNESS OASIS, don’t waste your time or money! it doesn’t match up to other spas, such as LIFEHOUSE who are not only curteous but bend over backwards to ensure you have a memorable stay.
