Myself and a friend purchased this 1 day course for £29 each in Oct 2011. Informed the venue would be the Jury’s Inn in Bradford. As this was central, we chose this deal for convenience. The deal stated we needed to ask for a reference code before we could book onto the course. Several emails later, we managed to get a code and eventually book onto the course today, 3rd Dec. Waited from Oct to this week, with many, many emails to Groupon and Blaze, asking for course details and times.
No replies. Rang Groupon (London number) and was on hold on 20-30 mins and then cut off after 2 mins of explaining my problem. Eventaully with only 3 days to go, I rang the Jury’s Inn to find out what time the event was being held at their venue. I was shocked to hear they had NO booking for Blaze to hold the event at their premises. They said they had an enquiry but no booking. I emailed groupon and Blaze many times in the past 2 days but no answer to my query so my friend and are are sat at home today with no course to attend and wondering how we can even get a refund with such a bad customer service.
To make a long story short.. next I went to ciao bella in May and had a fantastic pedi and mani. I had a gift groupon and used it the first wk of Aug. and the mani and pedi was never what I expected. Instead of the chair pedi with the aroma’s and bubbly water as well as scrubbing of my feet.. my feet were put in this small foot appliance that you use at home..I couldn’t believe it and the mani was no better.. I did leave the tip advised but I wouldn’t go there again unless I knew for sure I could get the lady I had the first time. What a waste that was…all of the other groupons I’ve used have been great!!!
